Our warranty covers:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or abuse
  • Improper installation or assembly
  • Damage from extreme weather conditions
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Commercial or rental use

To be eligible for warranty service:

  • Product must be purchased from an authorized retailer
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Product must be registered within 30 days of purchase
  • Warranty is non-transferable to subsequent owners
  • Product must be used according to instructions

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. Provide photos of the defect or damage
  3. Include your proof of purchase
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days

Congo Playsets warrants its polymer-coated structural lumber to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal residential use and conditions, for twenty (20) years from the original date of purchase.

This includes coverage for:

✔ Cracking

✔ Splitting

✔ Rotting or structural decay

✔ Structural failure due to material defects

✔ Abnormal discoloration caused by material defects

✔ Manufacturing-related cosmetic defects

All non-structural components are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty, including:

✔ Slides

✔ Swings

✔ Hardware

✔ Climbing features

✔ Plastic accessories

✔ Other playset components

Our warranty covers:

  • Structural lumber and polymer coating defects
  • Hardware failures due to manufacturing defects
  • Frame and beam structural integrity
  • Premature rot, splintering, or cracking of treated lumber
  • Splitting, cracking, warping or other defects in slides, swings or accessories.

✖ Improper installation

✖ Misuse, abuse, or neglect

✖ Unauthorized modifications or alterations

✖ Commercial, rental, or institutional use

✖ Normal wear and tear

✖ Acts of nature (storms, flooding, extreme weather, etc.)

✖ Improper ground conditions or drainage

✖ Failure to perform routine inspection and maintenance

Cosmetic conditions that do not affect structural integrity or safety are considered normal and are not covered.

To ensure safety and longevity, owners should:

✔ Tighten fasteners as needed

✔ Ensure proper ground stability and drainage

✔ Use the playset as intended
